Preparation,  Due  Diligence,  Packaging,  and  Presenting  Projects  that  bear  worthy  consideration

from  accredited  experts  and  financial  institutions.  Here,  in  example  our  excerpts from  our  2004-2005  programs

This  Medical  Diagnostics  operation  for  Oncologists,  and  Genetic  Testing  services  has  extraordinary  turnaround  time,  and  is  ramping  up  soon-to-be-profitable  revenues  approaching  consolidation  opportunities  in  this  fragmented  industry.  They've  almost  completed  their  $2.0mm  raise of  Angel capital  and  have  a  1st rate  sales  team led by a champion who grew a major Team's genetics testing division from zero to $35mm in profitable revenues.  Steve Jones and his Team presented at our July 2004 Life Sciences Boot Camp.

This  Nano-coatings  technology  team  has  a  small   factory  which  replaces  dangerous  hexavalent  chrome.  Major  automotive  OEMs,  Daimler-Chrysler  and  Ford  await  their  wheels,  which  look  like  and  act  as  strong  as  chrome.   The  factory  is  adding  a  high-speed  line  and  raising  $500,000.  of  Angel  financing   and  has  local  state  government  debt  commitment  of  $4.5 mm  for  jobs  growth.

This  specialty  pharmaceutical  mfr.  of  medical  devices  and  advanced  materials,  has  developed  a  2nd-generation  biodegradable  nano-coating  for  stents,  and  nano-spheres  for  controlled  release  of  intravenous  injectables  which  will  help  preserve  blood  vessels.     Boston  Scientific  has  partnered  with  them  for  five  fields  of  use,  and  invested  over  $6.0mm  based  on  technical  accomplishments.    This  Team  is  seeking  a  $3.0 mm  bridge  to  a  $15.0 mm  'D'  round,  after  having  raised  $15.0 mm  of  VC  to  date.

This  restartup  owns  the  rights  to  a  novel  Ventricular  Assist  Device  providing  Cardiac  Surgeons  a  less-invasive  way  to  extend  patient  lives  --  and  has  saved  lives.   Championed  by  Cardiac  Surgeons,  they're  re-entering  clinical  trials  with  an  evolved  device  design,  and  improved  instruments,  and  have  almost  closed  their  $2.2mm  Angel  round  in  advance  of  a  $12.0mm  VC  round.

This   startup  manufacturer  has  generated  revenue  from   electric - utilities  for  their  audio  diagnostic  DSP  device,  which  will  evolve  to  shrink  and  include  telemetry,   and  determines  and  prevents  malfunctioning  transformers.    They've  funded  previous  technologies   and  seek   their  first  $1.0mm outside  capital  for  this  new  product  line.

This  mfr  of  optical  and  photonic  components,  which  is  already  profitable,  has  major  channels  of  distribution  for  its  fiber-to-the-residence  applications  and  is  doubling  its  revenue  to  $5.0 mm.   They're  raising  their  first  $2.8mm outside  capital  and  have  unfair  advantages  to  continue  to  be  a  low-cost  producer

This  mfg  startup  invented  and  is  marketing  a  novel  and  valuable  diagnostic  vision  system,  which  provides  digital-capture  for  avionics  and  fuselage  maintenance  for  safety  workers,  and  is  raising  its  first  $1.0mm outside  capital.

This  mfr  of  a  handheld  molecular  sniffer  of  toxic  and  allergenic  molds  will  help  residential  inspectors  determine  the  safety  of  home  purchases  -- which  is  being  mandated  by  legislation,  similar  to  radon,  lead  paint,  and  asbestos  testing  already  required.    They've  $4.0mm  of  revenue  for  each  the  last  two  years  with  related  bio-tools  products,  and  are  raising  their  third  round  of  capital;   $2.0mm  Angel  +  $5.0mm  VC,   to  expand  rapidly  into  the  environmental  labs  industry.  Presented  at  our  July  2003  Boot  Camp
